Launching an Interactive Advertising Format
Problem: A high-traffic banner placement was delivering approximately 0.2–0.3% CTR, and existing static formats were not generating enough engagement.
My contribution: As Product Manager, I led a two-month cycle across research, design, launch and cross-browser optimisation. I made interaction a core requirement, specified a reliable fallback state and dropped an accelerometer-based concept because permission requests would have added friction.
Evidence: CTR reached 0.67% during a two-month campaign with approximately 2 million impressions per month.

Refreshing Advertising Spend Every Five Minutes
Problem: Managers could see updated advertising spend only twice per day, leaving them without timely information for campaign decisions.
My contribution: I set a five-minute freshness target and aligned product leadership and engineering on modernising the legacy update path rather than patching it again. The goal was timely campaign decisions, not a technology rewrite for its own sake.
Outcome: After a five-month delivery cycle, managers across the department could see spend changes every five minutes instead of twice a day.
